We specialize in commercial and residential concrete and asphalt sawing, pavement removal and replacement, crack and joint sealing, and advanced concrete cutting techniques, including wall sawing, chain sawing, hand sawing, and core drilling.

Concrete Saw Operator – Full-Time Seasonal Position

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled Concrete Saw Operators to join our team on a full-time, seasonal basis from approximately April to December.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various job sites to perform full-depth sawing of pavement.

  • Operate and maintain a range of concrete saws efficiently and safely.

  • Accurately document work performed, including times, measurements, and other relevant details.

  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment, ensuring all are in good working condition.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with both high and low horsepower concrete saws.

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Physical capability to handle demanding tasks such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods, walking, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crawling, and working in diverse weather conditions (extreme heat or cold, high noise levels).

  • Availability to work at least 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the possibility of overtime, including nights and weekends.

Traffic Painter – Full-Time Seasonal Position

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Parking Lot Painter to join our team on a full-time basis, seasonal basis from approximately April to December. This role is centered on painting parking lots and other pavement areas using a ride-on line painting machine.

Starting Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a ride-on line painting machine to apply markings on parking lots, including stall lines, directional arrows, and other pavement markings.

  • Ensure accurate and precise application of paint for clear and effective traffic and parking lot management.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the ride-on line painting machine, including flushing out hoses and spray guns.

  • Remove old or faded markings from parking lots using appropriate equipment.

  • Install, repair, and replace traffic signs in parking lots, utilizing tools such as post hole diggers, shovels, and other hand and power tools.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • At least 2 years of experience in traffic painting, with a focus on parking lot markings.

  • Proficiency in operating ride-on line painting machines and other related equipment.

  • Knowledge of safety practices, paint mixing techniques, and traffic control standards.

  • Physical capability to perform demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
